  • for the operation of customer accounts and guarantees, for service updates or marketing purposes.

Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information are:

  • contract,
  • legitimate interest: You expressed interest in our services by contacting us or you work within the thermal spray industry and could be interested in our services.

4 - Where we get personal information from

  • You directly. When you communicate with us in any way, you are voluntary giving us information that we collect.
  • Publicly available sources (LinkedIn, your company website…).

5 - How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on Hubspot, Microsoft OneDrive and Outlook.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

We continuously review the data we store and, as a minimum we will review every year in January the data we store and remove any data which does not meet anymore our lawful bases.

  • We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.
  • We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal data.
  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal data you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

  • Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal data you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to withdraw consent – When we use consent as our lawful basis you have the right to withdraw your consent.

You don’t need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we have one calendar month to respond to you.
